About Us

Dean W. Hauck is the Founder and President of Crown Capital Group where he is responsible for the overall production and management activities.  Prior to founding Crown Capital Group in 1992, Dean began his banking career at Barnett Bank and worked as a Commercial Mortgage Banker with Banc Boston several years later.  Through Deans extensive experience in commercial banking business, he has built long lasting relationships with customers and lenders that have lasted over 30 years. He has been involved in originating and closing over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans secured by retail, manufactured housing, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality properties.

Dean has been a Floridian for a majority of his life and graduate of FSU with a Bachelors in International Business and Finance.  Dean maintains professional memberships with the Mortgage Bankers Association, Florida Manufactured Housing Association, Federation of Manufactured Home Owners, and is a licensed mortgage and real estate broker in the state of Florida.  If you can’t find Dean at the office he is typically in the mountains with his wife or visiting the grandchildren in North Carolina or Indiana.

Erich leads a team at Crown Capital Group sourcing and closing commercial mortgages for MHC and RV Owners/Operators across the country.  With over a decade of experience the in the industry, he has developed strong lender relationships to ensure clients are receiving the most competitive solutions available and delivering the highest certainty of closing. 

Erich graduated from University of North Florida with a double major in International Business and Finance and resides in Florida with his wife and two daughters.
